As a college cheer leader and despite working out in the gym for hours a day, my body wasn't changing.


It wasn't until I learned about nutrition and macros that my body composition finally changed.

I am 24 years old and a mama to the sweetest little boy, Beckham.


My love for training and nutrition really developed when I was in therapy recovering from an Eating Disorder...


...between 2013-2016.


Learning how to properly fuel my body, see my body correctly and overcome fears of food has given me the freedom and ability to share that knowledge and help other women achieve their physical AND mental goals. I have a genuine love for training and nutrition, that has helped me not only overcome an eating disorder but also cope with my sweet son being in the NICU for up to four months, while dealing with postpartum depression and anxiety.


We are all on a journey to find self love and acceptance through a balanced, healthy lifestyle while maintaining a body we are proud of. My mission, "To help and inspire women to love their bodies through mental and physical health."

I am very familiar with the weight struggle.


I’ve always been an active person but never really knew how to eat for my goals, follow a nutrition or workout plan, and heaven forbid I ever stepped into a gym!


But that all changed for me six years ago, after I had my babies and decided I wanted to live a healthier lifestyle for me AND them!


That’s when I fell in love with macros and weight lifting. It completely changed my life, my mind, and my body! I can't wait to help you make the same transformation!

I am a wife, mom of 3, top 5 national figure competitor, content writer, Precision Nutrition and N1 certified coach, and lover of all things food, health, and fitness.


I've been a certifiable gym rat since college, focusing more on weight training in the last 7 or so years.


I really started to lean out and build muscle when I committed to tracking macros. My body changed pretty quick!


I turned 40 last year and can honestly say I've experienced everything from having more body fat, to building muscle and leaning out, being extreme in diet and exercise during my competition days, to struggling with hormones, and finding balance in what I love to do.


I love to learn and apply nutrition principles, and fitness is a constant in my life that I never see going away; and I love to help others see how fitness and nutrition can fit into their lives!

I started out as a Group Fitness instructor when I was in my early twenties and then later realized that there was a need for more when it comes to maintaining a healthy body. I have been coaching women online, both lifestyle and competitors, over the last 4 years. Seeing their progress is such an amazing reward to me.


I remember what it was like when I just got started, which is why I love being there for women today to guide them through the process.


My journey into fitness started after having lung surgery. There were several complications during my surgery, leaving me feeling weak and tired most of the time. A hospital stay of 7 weeks took its toll on my body. I did not recognize the person I have become.


This was when I decided to go against all odds and train for a 5k fun run. I loved the process and that was when I started training to teach Group Fitness. Years later I started lifting weights and loved how much stronger my body felt. Today, my passion is to help women reach their goals and to enjoy every part of the journey

I am 36 years old, a wife and mother of 4, an educator, and a bit of a nomad (our family moves every few years, often overseas). I have always loved health and fitness, but learning about macros and how they could help me...


...meet my physical goals was a game-changer. I never would have imagined that after 4 kids I could be in the best shape of my life while still eating the foods I love! My nomadic lifestyle has made me realize how important it is to find something that keeps me grounded. Fitness and nutrition has become that for me. It helped me through a particularly hard year when my kids and I were evacuated from our overseas’ home due to political unrest.


We had to leave behind my husband, our home, and our dog. Sticking to my nutrition and fitness goals helped bring stability during an uncertain time. I can’t wait to support you on your fitness journey! My goal is to help you not only become physically stronger, but mentally and emotionally stronger as well. I am a true believer in this program and I believe you will be too. Let’s do this!

JANEA

Hi, my name is Janea Zavala!! I am beyond excited to be helping you with your fitness goals and self confidence. I just turned 40 years old, I’m a mom to 5 awesome kiddos and I’m also an IFBB Bikini Pro.

I was a dancer and cheerleader a lot of my life. I cheered for Oregon State University before I started my journey as a mom. I’ve always struggled with building muscle. I have also struggled with weight fluctuations of up to 100lbs through my 20’s. It wasn’t until I started CrossFit in 2014 where I started to have a bit more confidence with weight training.


In 2016 I decided to make the switch to bodybuilding and bikini competitions and I haven’t looked back!! Competing has given me the confidence in myself that I always dreamed of. I know that I can do anything I put my mind to and I am passionate about instilling that in other women as well as my children! Consistency is key and I’m a firm believer in hard work.


A little progress each day adds up to big results. I would love to help you reach your big goals and dreams with the same consistency and hard work!

Hi!! My name is Amanda. I'm 37 years old, a mom of 3 amazing kids and wife to the most wonderful husband!  I've been a yoyo dieter my whole life. I've gone from very restrictive eating to eating whatever I felt like! Because of that I also struggled with stomach pain, bloating and digestion issues most of the time. 


Learning about macros and using nutrition and fitness to challenge myself physically, mentally and even emotionally at times has been an amazing experience. I finally feel healthy inside and out and I'm excited to pass on everything that I have learned and help others feel the same!
