Working out alone wasn't enough. I had always been resistant to the idea of focusing on nutrition. I never wanted to be that person who was weighing out my food or watching everything I ate. More importantly, I didn't want to give up all of my favorite foods because I LOVE food. Then, I stumbled upon Trainer Lindsey...
